Three-day rest retreats provide guests with lodging, food, and optional activities. Our goal is to help visitors restore body, mind, and spirit. More than just a vacation, attendees learn self-care strategies they can utilize to refresh in their life back home.
Retreats feature rest experiences (nature hikes, yoga, massage, restorative practices, etc.), mountain activities (campfires, horseback riding) and the opportunity to talk with a licensed therapist. The pristine natural environment, comfortable accommodations, delicious food and restful experiences rejuvenate those who visit.
